Simple Summary: every transaction in one list

The Transactions page can now show all of your transactions in a single list instead of grouping them by type. Open the View dropdown at the top of the page, which replaced the Extend View button, and choose Simple Summary.

Pick the columns you want with the Columns chooser, and sort by Name, Start Date or End Date. Nekst remembers the view, columns and sort you picked.

Trim a contract before it uploads

Contracts show up padded. Blank signature blocks, a duplicate disclosure set, an HOA packet stapled to the end. Trimming those out used to mean downloading the file, cutting it in another program, and uploading it again.

Now you do it in Nekst. Stage your PDF, click Split Document on the file card, and pick the pages worth keeping by clicking them or typing a From and To range. The pages you chose upload as one PDF, and the rest are left behind.

Available when you start a new transaction from a contract, and when you add a workflow to an existing one.

Add Notes While Launching from a Contract

The Notes icon now appears on all five launch-from-contract steps: Verify Contract Data, Select Groups, Key Dates, All Tasks, and Transaction Parties.

You will find it in the top right, next to the Next button. Click it to add, edit, or delete notes without leaving the wizard, and the badge tracks how many you have added.

This is for everything that comes up while you are reading the contract. Buyer may be paying cash. Seller asked about a leaseback. Instead of holding it in your head until the transaction exists, write it down when you see it. It is waiting on the transaction the moment setup is done.
