Once, I set an email or sms to auto send, there should be an indicator of some sort reflecting that it's scheduled so I don't have to keep re-opening to make sure Autosend is checked off. For TC work with so many files, that can be a lot! Additionally or alternatively, a "Schedule then Mark Complete" option would be amazing so that I don't have to see the tasks cluttering my list anymore once it's been scheduled.

Often I am not sure which pre-closer will be assigned to my file when I send my welcome email. For the closing attorney/pre-closer section, it would be nice to only enter the company name and the email address as a contact.

Can the website url that’s already in contact profiles be made into a usable label as well? I send a thank you email after every closing that includes a request for the client to leave an online review for my agent. I’d love to be able to include a “#contacts.realestateagent.website” reference in my template email and it automatically populate a direct link to my agent’s zillow or google review page. Seems like everything BUT the website is a reference link. LOLThank you!

Would really like to have control of email formatting which hopefully I’m not missing<ul><li>Being able to choose line spacing. Right now it seems like it’s somewhere around 1.5 spacing and all my preformatted emails just has too much space.</li><li>Hyperlink Text. Right now although there is the ability to add a link, there’s no place to add Alt Text.</li><li>Would love to be able to add a table.</li></ul>

Also, most dates in a contract do not count holidays - it would be nice to have holidays excluded in counting days, too.

Some contingencies don't count weekends. Add a toggle to include or exclude Saturday/Sunday when counting days for a task.

Add a Buyers Category or Leads category that allows us to manage and follow up with leads. Right now I use the properties for this and instead of inputing an address I input the lead's name. I then created an action plan that reminds me when to call them and provides script on what to say.

I have several "Key Dates" Task that happens before the Key Date. It would be great to be able to select "days before" or "days after" for these tasks. As if the date is changed, I then have to go in a find all the tasks associated with the one Key Date, before the date and change it too. It seems silly to even have the Key Date option with out having to have tasks before the date as well.

Allow us to select a date for a task before a Key Date.
