Add ability to complete key date tasks in the banner view without having to open the task, mark complete, update, close task.

I’ve noticed users intuitively trying to click the little circle icon at the top of each task in the banner view because it seems like that would complete the task. I submitted this request previously, but it was buried in a larger request that is no longer needed so I made a fresh one for this:)
