Improved

Users can now choose any “Date” based Detail Box and any “Currency” based Detail Box to use for tracking Commission Estimate & Closing Dates on the Transactions page.
By default, Nekst is setup to use the “Commission Received” field as the currency field and the Closing Date/Settlement Date as the Date for tracking when a closing will occur.
You can now choose different fields if you’d rather track:
Your commission after split
Your fee as a Transaction Coordinator
Rental or other income fees
Click on the Grind Wheel in the top right corner of the Commission Calculation Box to manage the Detail Boxes being used.

Choose from the Dropdowns, which could vary by market that you operate within.

The selected Detail Boxes will also display a Banner indicating their use in Commission Calculation on the Details Page for an individual Transaction.
You will see “Commission” and “Closing Date” being referenced
