Before this update, every Email Task sent automatically had the name of the transaction at the end. When following up after closing, this made any automated outreach feel less personal.
Users can now simply uncheck this box for any communication in which they do not want to include the transaction name in the subject line.
As always, users can still customize the body of the Email using SmartTags and display the transaction name or address inside the message.
