📅 Appointment Tasks Now Available in Workflows

You can now add Appointment Tasks directly to your Nekst workflows — perfect for pre-scheduling showings, inspections, closings and more!

Appointment Tasks won’t have defined due dates within the workflow, and will appear in the “No Due Date” section until you assign a date & time. Once scheduled, Nekst automatically creates a Google Calendar invite so you can stay in sync with clients and service providers.

You can even personalize the Appointment Description using SmartTags.

These Appointment Tasks can also appear in your Client Portal so clients can see their important appointments alongside their important transaction deadlines.
