I have a ton of long detail boxes that I use to collect all the data that I can in the contract so that I can reference or merge into an email without having to pull the contract and get the specific language, etc; however, it clutters up my view in the details page. I LOVED when the “hide empty boxes” option was added as well as the show completed tasks, etc. If I could toggle hide/show for some of the items below, that would be magical and could encourage other users to get creative with all of the details the AI reader can pull!
Examples:
“Items Remaining with the Home”. AI reader pulls this, which I love. I can merge it into an email reminder or task, but I don’t want to see this big list in the details page.
“Listing agent brokerage address, license #, etc”. I love having the option to pull this additional info during the AI read because it saves me time when drafting amendments, etc, later, but I don’t need to see this in my list.
"Termite Requirements Language”. I have detail boxes for this as well as things like “soil/perc test language”, “structural engineer language”, “well language” and the list goes on. Yes, this language is usually in the special stips and I am already pulling the special stips language in, however, the timelines that all of these things are due are different so I have various email tasks grouped in my workflows to go out 7 days prior to any of these coming due with a little blurb showing the contract language. For termites - it may just be a letter that’s needed. It may be a warranty. Seller or buyer may be paying, etc. It’s easier to just plug in that little paragraph into the email so no one has to look back at the contract; however, they take up a ton of real estate in the top section of the details page.
