You can now share Key Dates and Roadmap calendar links with your clients so they can sync important transaction deadlines to their personal calendars. Every Contact profile now includes two links you can copy and send:<ul><li>Key Dates Link</li><li>Roadmap Link</li></ul>You can also insert these links automatically in Email or SMS tasks using SmartTags:<ul><li><code>#contact.&lt;role_name&gt;.calendarLinkKeyDates</code></li><li><code>#contact.&lt;role_name&gt;.calendarLinkRoadmap</code></li></ul>When a Contact clicks a link for either calendar, they will be taken to a branded page with instructions for adding their Calendar Link to their web calendar of choice. As new transactions are created that involve this contact or as tasks are completed, their calendar will automatically update with these changes.This feature helps clients stay organized, reduces confusion about upcoming deadlines, and improves communication throughout the transaction.
